Lesson 1: How to maintain a tattoo design?
🩹 I. Immediately After Getting a Tattoo (First 1-3 Days)
✅ 1. Keep Clean
The tattoo artist will usually wrap the area with plastic wrap or a protective film. Remove it according to the tattoo artist's instructions (usually 2-4 hours or as directed by your doctor).
Gently wash with warm water and mild, unscented soap.
Pad dry with a clean tissue; do not rub.
✅ 2. Apply Healing Products
Apply a thin layer of tattoo-specific healing cream or petroleum jelly (do not apply thickly).

Continue to cleanse 1–2 times daily
Continue to apply a thin layer of repair cream or switch to fragrance-free moisturizer
Wear loose, breathable clothing
❗DO NOT:
Do not pick at the scabs
Do not scratch the itch
Do not peel off the skin (it will cause discoloration and scarring)
